- •Troubleshoot and provide expertise on technical environment integration
- •Monitor customer portfolios to increase product adoption
- •Deliver complementary solutions such as platform audits
- •Develop scalable processes to improve project delivery quality
- •Pitch the platform's value to various stakeholders
- •Contribute best practices and lessons learned to the knowledge base
- •Collaborate with the partner ecosystem to enhance client services
- •Onboard and mentor new Solution Deployment Managers
- •Master the product offering and internal tools like Trello
