- Assist customers in designing interfaces for a seamless shopper experience
- Document customer requirements and transmit product feature requests
- Define and produce project KPIs and reporting with customers
- Gather structured feedback from customers for product improvement
- Act as a connector between customers, sales, and product/engineering teams
- Present products at international trade and technology fairs
- Create technical instructions and documentation
