Requirements

  • Genuine cybersecurity expertise
  • Experience in cybersecurity consulting, security advisory, or adjacent technical domain
  • Ability to engage with CISO or Security Architect
  • Strong B2B enterprise sales experience
  • Track record of closing complex, consultative deals
  • Experience selling cybersecurity services/solutions or enterprise SaaS
  • Demonstrable cybersecurity knowledge
  • Ability to engage credibly with technical and executive stakeholders
  • Self-starter mentality
  • Ability to build own pipeline
  • Ability to manage own time
  • Own own number
  • Demonstrated track record of cross-selling
  • Ability to map client needs to right service
  • Ability to sequence conversations across broad portfolio
  • Fluent to native-level German speaker
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Based in Germany
  • Willingness to travel
  • Prior experience selling security consulting, pentesting, red teaming, SOC or cyber advisory services
  • Background as consultant or in consulting environment
  • Understanding of consulting business model
  • Understanding of selling outcomes rather than products
  • Existing network within enterprise or critical infrastructure across Europe
  • Experience speaking or presenting at industry events

Tasks

  • Engage with CISO-level and senior security stakeholders
  • Translate cybersecurity challenges into solutions
  • Qualify opportunities with technical rigor
  • Bridge client needs with internal expertise
  • Develop deep understanding of Allurity portfolio
  • Identify cross-sell and co-sell opportunities
  • Orchestrate cross-group collaboration
  • Own proposal and tender responses
  • Partner with CEO on European revenue strategy
  • Generate opportunities through networks and market presence
  • Represent SRLabs and Allurity at industry events
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline management and forecasting
