- Confident communication with C-Level and Top Management
- Good understanding of embedded electronic system solutions and R&D engagement

- Ability to leverage AI tools and platforms for productivity, decision-making, customer engagement
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in business and/or engineering with strong academic track record
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Business fluent German and English language skills
- Relevant market knowledge and industry experience
- Strategic/Critical Thinking: problem-solving, client pain points, brainstorming solutions
- Communication: tailored, authoritative, strong verbal and written skills, presentation delivery
- Interpersonal Influence: using rational/emotional drivers for client value conversations
