Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Revenue Management, Analytics, or Pricing roles
- Experience in fast-paced tech, marketplace, or SaaS setting (highly preferred)
- Deep understanding of pricing strategy, optimization, revenue management methods
- Proven ability to design, scale, and improve pricing processes
- High analytical acumen and skillset
- Expertise in translating data into actionable strategy
- Proficiency in SQL, Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar
- Stellar communication and influencing skills
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven
- Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity environments
- Fluent English
- Other languages (a plus)
Tasks
- Develop global pricing and commission strategy
- Execute global pricing and commission strategy
- Build and refine pricing frameworks and processes
- Establish scalable pricing and revenue management practices
- Lead commercial pricing strategy with Head of Pricing
- Translate growth objectives into pricing initiatives
- Design and improve commission structures
- Design and improve discount programs
- Design and improve incentive models
- Gather and analyze competitive pricing insights
- Act on competitive pricing insights
- Ensure market coverage across regions and categories
- Develop and deploy ML solutions with cross-functional teams
- Connect commercial needs with pricing platforms
- Connect commercial needs with tooling enhancements
- Build and maintain fair pricing frameworks and playbooks
- Represent pricing to senior stakeholders
- Provide actionable pricing insights
- Influence strategic decisions
