Tasks

  • Support account planning with Account Executives
  • Identify whitespace and multi-threaded engagement
  • Collaborate on regional marketing campaigns
  • Work with Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Identify expansion signals and new opportunities
  • Articulate Genesys’ CX solutions value
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation
  • Track and report on sales activities
  • Provide market feedback and insights
  • Meet and exceed KPIs
