Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Solid understanding of Customer Experience (CX) landscape, contact center technologies, and AI-driven customer engagement
  • Demonstrated experience in proactive outreach, cold acquisition, and new business development
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Native or near-native German language skills and fluent English (both written and spoken)
  • High motivation, curiosity, and growth mindset with desire to build a successful sales career
  • Previous experience selling CX, CCaaS, AI, or customer engagement technologies
  • Experience working in a structured, metrics-driven sales environment
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Tasks

  • Identify and engage new logo opportunities in the German market
  • Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline through effective territory planning
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer needs in CX, AI, and cloud transformation
  • Present Genesys solutions and articulate the value proposition to stakeholders
  • Support the full sales cycle from initial engagement to contract negotiation
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and partner teams to drive successful engagements
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM records in Salesforce
  • Represent Genesys as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador
