- •Lead technology discussions from initial idea to mass production
- •Develop future advanced materials for the IC and semiconductor sectors
- •Create individual strategies by region, market, and application
- •Define and monitor strategic target accounts and demand analysis
- •Maintain and expand technology and project pipelines with partners
- •Identify technological trends and initiate new material developments
- •Coordinate global projects across R&D, manufacturing, and sales teams
- •Contribute ideas to develop the new organizational structure
