- Collaborate with underwriting, pricing, claims, and analytics teams
- Understand and provide insights on trends
- Communicate actuarial findings clearly to stakeholders
- Support monthly and quarterly closing processes
- Deliver accurate actuarial inputs
- Analyze and transform large datasets
- Generate actionable business insights
- Develop high-quality presentations and reports
- Engage with auditors, consultants, and group actuaries
- Ensure alignment and compliance
- Mentor and review junior team members
- Work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, international environment
