Requirements
- 5+ years actuarial expertise in Property & Casualty insurance, preferably in reserving
- Qualified or partially qualified actuary with good track record and renowned association membership
- Exceptional analytical skills and solid technical background in P&C insurance
- Effective interaction with senior management
- Advanced data analytics and programming skills (e.g., Power BI, Python)
- University degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar quantitative field
- Previous experience in business related functions (e.g., Claims or Underwriting) is a plus
- Experience applying ChatGPT, Generative AI, and Ethical AI solutions
