- Perform pricing parameterization and reinsurance modeling
- Provide forward-looking diagnostics on portfolio performance
- Guide portfolio and cycle management activities
- Form fundamental opinions on business plans
- Review segment analyses and pricing tools
- Monitor rate changes and adequacy metrics
- Collaborate with Finance on efficient closing processes
- Provide inputs for IFRS17 and Solvency II
- Drive transparent commercial performance views with Group Actuarial
- Innovate actuarial processes and technical data management
- Lead and manage the global actuarial team
- Foster a high-performance culture and talent development
- Interface with the Management Board and regulators
- Communicate business exposure to internal and external auditors
