Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a commercial role
- University Degree in business, computer science, or related field
- Local work experience in Germany
- Experience in navigating corporate dynamics of large customers
- Understanding of common GTM tools
- Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude
- Willingness to understand think-cell’s product
- Willingness to work on-site in Berlin, minimum of 3 days/week
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English and German
Tasks
- Manage and expand a territory
- Balance new customer acquisition with nurturing existing accounts
- Own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
- Conduct cold calls to new teams at existing customers
- Explain the value proposition and demonstrate solutions
- Convert prospects into loyal customers
- Exercise independent thinking to achieve sales goals
- Run account forensics for a data-driven sales approach
- Execute strategic sales plays for specific customer profiles
- Follow up on leads and inbound requests
- Maximize conversion rate of trials by adjusting email sequences
- Localize and run marketing campaigns with central team support
- Enable post-deal product adoption through training
- Monitor customer health to detect and prevent churn
