Requirements
- •3+ years of experience in a commercial role
- •University Degree in business, computer science, or related field
- •Local work experience in Germany
- •Experience in navigating corporate dynamics of large customers
- •Understanding of common GTM tools
- •Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills
- •Self-starter with a can-do attitude
- •Willingness to understand think-cell’s product
- •Willingness to work on-site in Berlin, minimum of 3 days/week
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- •Fluency in English and German

- •Manage and expand a territory
- •Balance new customer acquisition with nurturing existing accounts
- •Own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
- •Conduct cold calls to new teams at existing customers
- •Explain the value proposition and demonstrate solutions
- •Convert prospects into loyal customers
- •Exercise independent thinking to achieve sales goals
- •Run account forensics for a data-driven sales approach
- •Execute strategic sales plays for specific customer profiles
- •Follow up on leads and inbound requests
- •Maximize conversion rate of trials by adjusting email sequences
- •Localize and run marketing campaigns with central team support
- •Enable post-deal product adoption through training
- •Monitor customer health to detect and prevent churn
