Requirements

  • 4+ years B2B SaaS or solution selling experience
  • Exposure to ESG, compliance, logistics, or supply chain domains
  • Proven success closing complex deals with enterprise clients
  • Sales experience in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland
  • Fluent German or Spanish communication skills
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling
  • Strong understanding of value based selling
  • Strong understanding of MEDDPICC
  • Ability to translate complex technical products into business value
  • Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
  • Passion for sustainability, supply chains, or regulatory tech
  • Knowledge of EUDR, ESG reporting standards, deforestation regulations, or traceability frameworks
  • Experience selling to food & beverage, retail, timber, agriculture, or commodities trading verticals
  • Background in remote-first, high-growth SaaS startups

Tasks

  • Build and own TradeAware EUDR business in Central and Eastern Europe
  • Identify, develop, and close new business with operators and traders
  • Lead full sales cycle from discovery to closing
  • Focus on value-based selling to compliance, ESG, procurement, and sustainability leaders
  • Educate and consult on EUDR regulatory implications
  • Support customers with scalable compliance solutions
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships, including C-level decision-makers
  • Drive pipeline growth through network and outbound initiatives
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Represent TradeAware at webinars, trade expos, and thought leadership events
  • Contribute to thought leadership on EUDR and deforestation-free supply chains
