- 7+ years B2B Enterprise software sales experience
- Track record of consultative software selling
- Expert deal qualification using MEDDPICC
- Ability to hit and surpass revenue targets
- Experience with CRM and demand gen automation
- Analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset
- Independent work style and responsibility
- Experience with QBRs and OKRs
- Willingness to travel (50%+)
- Strong English and French communication skills
- Geospatial industry experience (advantageous)
Tasks
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Meet or exceed revenue targets
- Drive European expansion through consultative selling
- Generate a strong sales pipeline independently
- Acquire new clients through prospecting and networking
- Apply MEDDPICC and Value-Based Selling methodologies
- Identify pain points for infrastructure operators
- Propose solutions aligned with business value
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close profitable agreements
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies
- Report on sales activities and performance metrics
- Coordinate with customer success for software adoption
- Collaborate with marketing on demand generation
- Represent the company at professional networking events
