Requirements

  • •Several years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or selling complex services in SAP
  • •Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and integration processes in SAP
  • •Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • •High customer orientation and negotiation skills
  • •Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
  • •Entrepreneurial spirit and strong team player
  • •Fluency in German and good English skills
  • •Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 20%)
  • •Experience in an international environment and working with partner organizations

  • •Monitor market and competitor trends
  • •Maintain a qualified pipeline with sales and marketing
  • •Work closely with SAP and internal departments
