- Expertise in contractual and negotiation processes
- Expertise in subscription/perpetual license sales
- Driving renewals, expansions, and up-sells
- Strong knowledge of financial environments
- Strong knowledge of competitive environments
- Strong knowledge of regulatory environments
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent non-verbal communication skills
- Strong executive presence in customer engagements
- Strategic mindset

- Ensuring business and commercial success
- Few years of experience in Automotive industry
- Few years of experience in Discrete manufacturing industry
- Full working proficiency in German
- Business English proficiency
Tasks
- Partner with account owners to drive sales
- Bring domain expertise to solve customer challenges
- Grow SAP footprint through renewals and expansions
- Drive demand and manage sales pipelines
- Close deals by creating value propositions
- Identify growth opportunities through White Space analysis
- Manage customer relationships at solution level
- Support sales campaigns and adoption strategies
- Expand solution footprints for new and existing customers
- Leverage SAP experts and industry insights
- Support account success with partner ecosystem
- Encourage customer participation in SAP programs
- Maintain knowledge of SAP competition and trends
