- •Completed studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or comparable
- •Professional experience in the automotive industry in sales, business development, project management, or purchasing
- •Very good commercial understanding and pronounced cost awareness
- •Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills
- •Very good MS Office skills and business fluent English skills
- •Pronounced flexibility and willingness to travel

Tasks
- •Build and maintain sustainable relationships with key customer departments, especially purchasing
- •Identify product strategies and competitor activities at the customer level
- •Acquire new global projects aligned with product and customer strategy
- •Prepare cost breakdowns and negotiate contracts for new projects
- •Provide continuous customer support throughout the product development process
- •Negotiate change packages during all phases of product development
- •Ensure achievement of EBIT and cash flow targets
- •Prepare and execute negotiations for multi-year price agreements
