Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or equivalent knowledge/experience
  • 10+ years’ experience in commercial roles with strong customer focus
  • Proven track record of driving sales and margin contribution
  • Ambition to drive superior business results and customer-centric approach
  • Resilience in a dynamic market and maintaining focus under pressure
  • Experience in structured environments with rigorous commercial processes
  • Experience in B2B sectors serving end consumers or in packaging, printing, or labels
  • Strong interpersonal skills: effective communication and ability to influence
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Native German and English; German is a plus

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • Report directly to the Sales Director – Rolls Central Europe
  • Collaborate with the central commercial team
  • Achieve sales targets, including margin and pricing policy implementation
  • Manage commercial activities, including price conditions and order negotiation
  • Oversee sales operational tasks like order entry and service control
  • Drive specialty development and project management for innovative solutions
  • Manage and develop the client portfolio to increase sales and contribution margin
  • Acquire new clients and support them in identifying solutions
  • Build long-term relationships with accounts
  • Tailor the commercial strategy to maximize results in the local market
