- •Solid understanding of PV and energy storage market dynamics and policies in Germany
- •Existing customer network in the region is a strong advantage
- •Strong commercial and negotiation skills across complex technical solutions
- •Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build long-term partnerships
- •Self-driven, accountable, and results-oriented
- •Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- •Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a matrix organisation

Tasks
- •Contribute to regional sales and marketing strategies for ESS in Germany
- •Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- •Develop new business opportunities for ESS solutions
- •Oversee end-to-end sales activities for assigned customers
- •Negotiate contracts and coordinate after-sales support
- •Serve as the primary commercial contact for customers regarding ESS offerings
- •Collect and analyze market intelligence on competitors, pricing, regulations, and customer needs
- •Support brand positioning and market presence for ESS solutions
- •Engage with customers and participate in industry activities
- •Coordinate with presales, engineering, logistics, operations, and service teams for accurate solution design and order execution
