Sales Manager Disinfectants/Hygiene Solutions (Healthcare)(m/w/x)
Product presentations and training for healthcare distributors and procurement teams at global chemistry/biotech firm. Proven sales experience with hygiene solutions in healthcare required. Autonomous territory management, regular regional travel.
Requirements
- Proven experience in selling disinfectants or hygiene solutions within the healthcare sector
- Strong knowledge of infection prevention protocols and healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field preferred
- Existing network of contacts within healthcare distributors and disinfectants manufacturers preferred
- Experience with tender processes and institutional sales
- Familiarity with product registration and compliance in healthcare markets
- Fluent in English and German preferred
Tasks
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare distributors and procurement teams
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for customers
- Identify new business opportunities to expand market share
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to address customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

- Bachelor's degree
