- •Full business language capacity in English and German
- •BA, BS, or Master Degree in business administration, engineering, or sciences
- •Strong interpersonal skills
- •Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset
- •Highly organized and effective time management
- •Team player with accountability
- •Resilience to rejection
- •Willingness to travel as needed (~25%)
- •Legally authorized to be employed in DACH
- •Business proficiency in another language
- •Experience in Consulting, Customer Success, or Project Management
- •Experience or demonstrated interest in Life Sciences or Technology
- •Community involvement or organizational leadership experience
- •Evidence of competitive endeavors

- •Develop sales skills through on-the-job training and events
- •Learn about the Life Sciences industry and SaaS technology
- •Drive sales demand and pipeline revenue through prospecting
- •Continue prospecting to establish a territory as an Account Partner
- •Own accounts and opportunities to execute the full deal cycle
