Requirements

  • Extensive experience in channel management, partnership development, or business development, focused on large resellers or channel sales
  • Proven track record in managing/developing reseller programs or indirect sales channels
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision making
  • Preferred experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and partner management platforms
  • Experience with large European resellers and good contact network
  • Desirable direct customer sales experience
  • Fluent in German and English; other European languages advantageous

Tasks

  • Drive growth and performance in the reseller network.
  • Prospect and onboard new reseller partners.
  • Implement comprehensive partner enablement strategies.
  • Provide training, tools, and support to resellers.
  • Create and execute joint business plans with resellers.
  • Set clear goals and metrics for partner success.
  • Deliver training programs and certifications.
  • Provide sales collateral to resellers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
  • Develop co-branded campaigns for resellers.
  • Develop sales initiatives for resellers.
  • Develop lead-generation programs for resellers.
  • Track reseller performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Identify areas for reseller improvement.
  • Drive increased revenue and market share.
  • Increase reseller revenue through joint activities.
  • Leverage channel insights for market expansion.
  • Develop channel sales forecasts and revenue targets.
  • Monitor progress and adapt channel strategies.
  • Manage channel incentives and rewards programs.
  • Motivate and engage resellers for higher performance.
  • Represent Canva to customers.
  • Provide sales support to customers with resellers.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Advocate for reseller needs within the organization.
  • Ensure resellers access necessary resources and support.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with resellers.
  • Assess performance and identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure mutual growth with partners.
