Tasks

  • Negotiate contract renewals using sound commercial judgment
  • Develop win/win negotiation strategies to maximize contract value
  • Enhance customer relationships and value realization
  • Identify customer needs to drive on-time renewal closure
  • Spot areas for license expansion and potential renewal risks weekly
  • Maintain understanding of Sprinklr licensing models for assistance
  • Monitor customer health metrics to identify and communicate risks
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Document all renewal steps in SFDC/Clari systems
  • Engage customers about renewal readiness and general needs
  • Connect with customers on multi-year contracts for continued engagement
  • Execute on Renewals Management priorities and programs
  • Create and present renewal proposals throughout the post-sales process
  • Work with Legal and Sales Operations to resolve complex issues
  • Accurately forecast using Renewal & Forecast Guidelines
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to review customer value achievement
