Tasks
- •Negotiate contract renewals using sound commercial judgment
- •Develop win/win negotiation strategies to maximize contract value
- •Enhance customer relationships and value realization
- •Identify customer needs to drive on-time renewal closure
- •Spot areas for license expansion and potential renewal risks weekly
- •Maintain understanding of Sprinklr licensing models for assistance
- •Monitor customer health metrics to identify and communicate risks
- •Collaborate cross-functionally to develop risk mitigation strategies
- •Document all renewal steps in SFDC/Clari systems
- •Engage customers about renewal readiness and general needs
- •Connect with customers on multi-year contracts for continued engagement
- •Execute on Renewals Management priorities and programs
- •Create and present renewal proposals throughout the post-sales process
- •Work with Legal and Sales Operations to resolve complex issues
- •Accurately forecast using Renewal & Forecast Guidelines
- •Partner with Sales and Customer Success to review customer value achievement
