Requirements

  • Experience in business development, professional services delivery, or services sales
  • 5+ years experience in contact center or customer service software industry
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in German and English; additional European languages beneficial

Tasks

  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams on service sales opportunities
  • Build relationships with key customer stakeholders as a trusted advisor
  • Manage the services sales process during pre-sale engagements
  • Prepare service delivery proposals and bid responses
  • Define statements of work and commercial offers
  • Gather customer requirements to design complete solution offerings
  • Partner with software sales teams to propose new services
  • Discover client requirements for integrated service delivery offerings
  • Work with the Solution Consulting team to develop HLD architecture diagrams
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs with recommendations for deployment strategies
  • Lead executive services-sales presentations at client locations
  • Document customer requirements during the pre-sale cycle
  • Create compelling commercial proposals balancing profitability and margin
  • Define statements of work with scope, effort estimates, and timelines
  • Develop close plans for strategic opportunities with sales teams
  • Support negotiations with customer legal and procurement teams
  • Foster relationships with colleagues across various departments
  • Cultivate relationships with key customers for growth
  • Update and manage pipeline and prepare revenue forecasts
