- Operational framework for renewal lifecycle
- Skilled at negotiating with procurement
- Skilled at negotiating with finance
- Skilled at negotiating with legal
- Skilled at negotiating with customer stakeholders
- Protecting margins
- Fostering long term relationships
- Fluent German language skills
- Fluent English language skills
- Willingness to apply even if not all boxes checked
Tasks
- Lead renewals for critical customer engagements
- Align customer health and usage with pricing models
- Design pricing models and multi-year agreements
- Navigate procurement processes and legal negotiations
- Ensure terms meet Deal Desk standards
- Partner with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives
- Maintain forecast accuracy for the region
- Collaborate with Global Systems Integrators and partners
- Align renewal strategy with customer digital transformation
