Tasks

  • Lead and manage academic office and registry functions
  • Ensure efficient and high-quality academic administrative services
  • Oversee student lifecycle from enrolment to graduation
  • Develop and improve university-wide registry strategies
  • Implement and maintain registry policies and procedures
  • Plan and coordinate teaching schedules and examinations
  • Support academic governance structures and committees
  • Manage and resolve student complaints and appeals
  • Handle academic misconduct cases according to policies
  • Optimize and develop student information systems
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of student data
  • Support statutory and internal reporting
  • Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Build relationships with external regulatory bodies
  • Collaborate with Student Services and other departments
  • Foster relationships with student representatives
  • Support student engagement and governance
  • Lead and develop the Registry team
  • Ensure high performance and professional development
  • Drive operational efficiency and risk management
  • Contribute to institutional projects and improvements
