Regional Account Manager Neurology Baden-Wuerttemberg(m/w/x)
Building relationships with neurologists, pharmacists, and nurses in Baden-Württemberg. Minimum 3 years biotech/pharma sales experience required. Project management of scientific events, orphan market experience a plus.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical sales experience
- Experience in orphan market area preferred
- Effective independent and team-oriented work
- Project management of scientific events experience
- Ability to gain access and build relationships with healthcare providers
- Influential presentation style
- Ability to uncover and address customer needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational abilities
- Microsoft Office experience essential
- Reporting Tools knowledge
- Knowledge of country pharmaceutical regulations
- Ability to acquire and use KI knowledge
- Ability to travel within territory regularly
- Overnight travel required
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to attend, understand and participate in international meetings in English
- Sales experience in Neurology background desirable
Tasks
- Develop commercial relationships with key decision makers
- Collaborate to maximize product access in key accounts
- Establish and maintain contacts with hospital and office-based Neurologists
- Build relationships with Pharmacists, Nurses, and other hospital personnel
- Create a positive image of Alexion Pharma Germany GmbH
- Develop insights-based account plans for top accounts
- Conduct in-depth situational analyses including SWOT, barriers, and drivers
- Provide educational and commercial services to physicians and pharmacies
- Sell Alexion products within legal boundaries
- Plan and execute digital activities for customer engagement
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and teamwork
- Report and present account plans and KPIs to senior positions
- Maintain the CRM database accurately
- Collect and report pharmacovigilance information
- Represent Alexion at national and international events
- Adhere to data protection laws and company policies
