Tasks
- Build relationships with key pediatric neurologists and oncologists
- Develop insights-based account plans for top treatment centers
- Conduct in-depth situational analyses including SWOT and patient journeys
- Set strategic objectives and regional value propositions
- Lead customer-focused tactics with cross-functional internal teams
- Organize promotional meetings, local symposia, and hospital events
- Execute digital activities for optimal customer engagement
- Support local hospital funding processes with market access experts
- Sell products according to established marketing and sales strategies
- Promote a positive company image to relevant customer groups
- Report account plans and KPIs to senior management
- Maintain the CRM database with accurate information
- Collect and report pharmacovigilance data following internal procedures
- Represent the territory during regular account plan reviews
- Attend national and international congresses and events
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws and company policies
