- •Ability to establish and maintain relationships with nephrologists and hospital personnel
- •Experience creating a positive image with customer groups
- •Track record of detailed territory analysis for rare diseases in nephrology
- •Experience providing educational and commercial services to physicians and pharmacies
- •Proven success selling prescription medicines within legal boundaries
- •Ability to independently plan and execute educational sessions for healthcare professionals
- •Experience in cross-functional collaboration and account management
- •Consistent and timely reporting with accurate CRM maintenance
- •Knowledge of pharmacovigilance processes and reporting
- •Experience representing a territory in reviews and account plan discussions
- •Experience representing the company at national and international events
- •Strong adherence to data protection law and compliance policies
- •Existing network within the Stuttgart region among nephrology centres
- •Familiarity with rare renal diseases and care pathways
- •Fluency in German and English for clinical and commercial conversations
- •Understanding of hospital procurement and specialty pharmacy distribution
- •Proficiency with CRM and account planning tools
- •Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business, or related field

- •Sell products within legal boundaries, ensuring patient-centric engagement and compliance
- •Collaborate with marketing, medical science liaisons, and compliance colleagues on account plans
- •Maintain accurate CRM records and account management documentation for decision-making
- •Collect and report pharmacovigilance information to ensure patient safety and compliance
- •Represent the territory in account plan discussions and territory reviews
- •Attend national and international events to build awareness and relationships
- •Adhere to data protection laws and compliance policies at all times
