Requirements
- •Relevant life-science degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, Master or Diploma)
- •Experience in Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology industry as MSL or in scientific sales
- •Strong ability to present complex scientific data
- •Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- •Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
- •Willingness to work home based and travel within the region
- •Strong personal initiative and teamwork skills
- •Experience in a rare or ultra-rare disease environment is advantageous
- •Well-established networks with TA-focused experts
- •Experience in the launch of new products
- •Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written

Tasks
- •Develop and maintain collaborations with key medical experts in nephrology
- •Educate the medical community on up-to-date medical and scientific information
- •Identify and execute collaboration opportunities with KOLs and Alexion medical affairs
- •Communicate expert opinions and feedback on new data to Alexion Medical Affairs
- •Translate clinical trends into strategic recommendations for patient care
- •Respond to unsolicited medical information requests in the region
- •Liaise with headquarters to ensure accurate responses to inquiries
- •Perform clinical study feasibility and support effective study implementation
- •Deliver quality medical education presentations in various settings
- •Gather feedback from presentations to disseminate throughout the organization
- •Serve as an internal expert in the therapeutic area
- •Train Alexion staff on key scientific and medical topics
- •Attend national and international meetings to gather intelligence
- •Develop relationships with important healthcare professionals in the region
