- •Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD or equivalent)
- •Minimum 5 years of MSL experience
- •Experience in rare diseases, oncology, or neuroscience
- •Strong scientific communication and presentation skills
- •Self-driven, collaborative, and independent work style

- •Serve as a scientific expert to the medical community
- •Facilitate the exchange of scientific information
- •Build scientific relationships with national and local KOLs
- •Gather medical insights to inform strategy
- •Act as primary liaison for investigator-initiated research
- •Provide scientific support at congresses and advisory boards
- •Lead selected national medical projects and initiatives
- •Deliver clinical presentations to healthcare providers
- •Collaborate with Clinical Operations on trial site identification
- •Support patient enrollment for clinical trials
- •Execute territory plans aligned with medical strategy
- •Partner with Market Access on health economic data
- •Address and support Medical Information requests
- •Assist the Medical Director with KOL engagement plans
- •Mentor new or less experienced MSLs
- •Support onboarding and training for medical and commercial colleagues
- •Contribute to national and regional medical strategy
