Tasks
- Be the primary contact for B2B customers
- Solve technical issues from day one
- Guide customers through technical questions
- Leverage customer feedback to enhance software
- Collaborate with the development team
- Improve customer experience daily
- Assist customers in calls and support chat
- Identify and address technical bottlenecks
- Work with the engineering team to improve solutions
- Strategically plan growth and innovation projects
