- Strong technical background in papermaking or related fields
- 5+ years’ experience in sales preferably in the paper and board industry
- Strong understanding of paper and board industry
- Willingness to travel in Germany and Switzerland
- Awareness in contract law with hands-on experience negotiating complex project contracts
- Good communicating and interacting skills with customers and stakeholders
- Fluent spoken and written German and English, other languages advantageous
- Deep technical expertise and strong commercial acumen
- Self-managed working style with ability to prioritize and execute tasks
- Ability to create positive energy and show trust in others
- Accountability and ownership in setting clear expectations
- Courage to champion change and try bold ideas
- Building trust and creating psychological safety

Tasks
- Lead sales projects for roll services, covers, and maintenance in South-Germany and Switzerland
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and enhance customer value
- Collaborate with mill teams and internal stakeholders to provide tailored solutions
- Identify customer needs and respond promptly with improvement and maintenance projects
- Build lasting relationships to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships
