Product Sales Manager(m/w/x)
Leading sales and technical negotiations for flue gas cleaning technologies in pulp, paper, and energy industries. Knowledge of WESP technology, panelboard and mineral wool industries required. Participation in personnel fund, flexible working hours.
Requirements
- M.Sc. or B.B.A. degree in Energy and environmental, chemical, thermal, or process engineering
- Strong understanding of flue gas cleaning technologies
- Experience in sales and project deliveries
- Knowledge of WESP technology, panelboard and mineral wool industries
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- German language skill is a significant advantage
- Availability to travel regularly, mainly in Europe, but also worldwide occasionally
- Understanding of complex products
- Ability to develop competitive solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Tasks
- Identify and develop business opportunities in the target market
- Collaborate with sales managers and stakeholders to expand business
- Create winning solutions that resonate with customers
- Conduct promotions, presentations, and technical negotiations
- Lead product and process design, including proposal coordination
- Facilitate communication between the product team and customers
- Manage cost calculations with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Guide the sales team in preparing technical documentation and commercial quotations
