Tasks

  • •Lead technical delivery for CSM and FSM implementations
  • •Architect detailed solutions aligned with business needs
  • •Act as the primary technical liaison for customers
  • •Conduct technical onboarding and process assessments
  • •Develop on ServiceNow using JavaScript, REST, and Flow Designer
  • •Resolve critical technical issues and escalations
  • •Mentor developers on CRM Service and platform capabilities
  • •Scope complex integrations for pre-sales engagements
  • •Contribute to webinars and whitepapers as a thought leader
  • •Provide product feedback to ServiceNow development teams
  • •Support go-to-market strategies for new service offerings
