Requirements
- •10+ years of solutions consulting or sales engineering experience
- •Strong domain experience in PLM and PTC’s products
- •Proven track record of driving technical wins in PLM sales
- •Robust understanding of Windchill data models and enterprise system integrations
- •Solid grasp of enterprise master data and digital product traceability principles
- •Knowledge of Cloud based infrastructure and technologies
- •Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- •Project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- •Innovative problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
- •High competency in building trusted advisor relationships
- •High degree of comfort with senior management engagement
- •Demonstrated ability to work and adjust across cultures
- •Self-motivated and able to work independently and in teams
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
- •Technical familiarity with PTC’s ALM, AR, CAD, IoT, and/or SLM solutions
- •Expertise in enterprise processes for IT and manufacturing
- •Best practice development experience
- •Understanding of enterprise software implementation strategies
- •Experience in software development (JAVA, JSP, XML, Ant, etc.)
- •Demonstrated ability to drive AI-enabled innovation in PLM
- •Strong business acumen with value mapping experience
- •Working knowledge of ERP business processes and SAP solutions
- •Experience with integration of Windchill with ERP and other systems
- •Working knowledge of current and emerging APIs for integration
- •Industry expertise in MedTech, Electronics, Automotive, Aerospace, and/or Industrial

- •Deliver technical guidance based on industry expertise
- •Define and scale best practices for solution validation
- •Contribute to the development of functional and technical best practices
- •Play a leadership role in New Product Introduction and GTM deliverables
- •Create and deliver technical presentations for PLM Segment solutions
- •Act as a conduit for feedback to improve product and customer experience
- •Lead or support sub-Communities of Practice in your expertise area
- •Represent Windchill PLM solutions in marketing and industry events
- •Provide expertise for Digital Thread/Digital Transformation initiatives
- •Advise on Technical Enablement content and certification development
- •Influence product direction with Product Management and R&D teams
- •Provide technical leadership for beta programs and innovation labs
- •Support the integration of AI capabilities into Windchill PLM solutions
- •Collaborate with teams to influence AI feature development
- •Advise on AI technologies to enhance business processes and analytics
