- •MBA preferred
- •10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry
- •Foundry experience is a plus
- •10+ years of sales or business development experience with a successful track record

- •Develop and drive strategy for assigned accounts

- •Process quotes and forecasts promptly
- •Engage in forecast management to optimize factory loadings

- •Create business proposals in response to RFI/RFQs
- •Negotiate business agreements at the executive level
- •Build strong relationships with client leaders
- •Establish KPIs to measure customer management performance
