Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 10 years' experience in product operations
• Cross-functional project management experience
• Expertise in product or portfolio operations
• Understanding of demand planning and forecasting
• Experience driving operational governance frameworks
• Ability to standardize and scale processes
• Experience in matrixed B2B environments
• Proficiency with data-driven decision-making tools
• Ability to translate qualitative demand signals
• Familiarity with CRM, PLM, or portfolio systems
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Strong executive-ready communication skills
• Track record of driving cross-organizational accountability
• Ability to coach transitioning teams

Tasks

• Drive operational discipline and best practices across teams
• Manage portfolio governance and sales interaction workflows
• Oversee customer request intake and demand planning
• Track prioritization and execution across horizontal teams
• Own Annual Operating Plan (AOP) planning
• Maintain weekly funnel analysis and generate insights
• Standardize format and cadence for SWAT calls
• Standardize pipeline tracking for weekly revenue calls
• Create a consistent interface model between Sales and Product
• Standardize sales and customer request capture and tagging
• Define expectations and SLAs for request evaluation and response
• Eliminate ad-hoc, off-system requests and unmanaged commitments
• Establish a formal demand planning framework
• Integrate sales pipeline data and strategic account needs
• Translate inbound demand into structured forecasts and capacity inputs
• Align demand forecasts with delivery capacity and execution reality
• Establish a single source of truth for portfolio priorities
• Inform roadmap decisions using market and customer demand
• Balance short-term revenue needs with long-term strategy
• Drive quarterly and monthly planning cadences
• Convert approved initiatives into defined deliverables and timelines
