Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field
  • Additional Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Minimum 5+ years in Transformation / restructuring / performance improvement programs
  • Project or Program Management in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Proven track record in driving value capture or cost optimization initiatives
  • Experience in multicultural and global organizations
  • Experience in manufacturing environment strongly preferred
  • Automotive industry exposure beneficial but not mandatory
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to navigate political and complex organizational environments
  • High level of accountability and ownership
  • Ability to challenge external partners constructively

Tasks

  • Drive operational execution of global transformation program
  • Ensure value capture and business impact across value streams
  • Coordinate between leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners
  • Translate strategy into actionable initiatives
  • Ensure consistent delivery of transformation initiatives
  • Steer the transformation process end-to-end
  • Align and focus efforts across all value streams
  • Lead the TO-Team Meetings
  • Manage risk and maintain execution discipline
  • Prioritize transformation activities
  • Act as central interface across functions (Operations, Sales, Procurement, HR, Finance)
  • Maintain a consistent storyline
  • Prepare weekly decision needs
