Tasks
- Drive operational discipline and best practices across teams
- Manage portfolio governance and sales interaction workflows
- Oversee customer request intake and demand planning
- Track prioritization and execution across horizontal teams
- Own Annual Operating Plan (AOP) planning
- Maintain weekly funnel analysis and generate insights
- Standardize format and cadence for SWAT calls
- Standardize pipeline tracking for weekly revenue calls
- Create a consistent interface model between Sales and Product
- Standardize sales and customer request capture and tagging
- Define expectations and SLAs for request evaluation and response
- Eliminate ad-hoc, off-system requests and unmanaged commitments
- Establish a formal demand planning framework
- Integrate sales pipeline data and strategic account needs
- Translate inbound demand into structured forecasts and capacity inputs
- Align demand forecasts with delivery capacity and execution reality
- Establish a single source of truth for portfolio priorities
- Inform roadmap decisions using market and customer demand
- Balance short-term revenue needs with long-term strategy
- Drive quarterly and monthly planning cadences
- Convert approved initiatives into defined deliverables and timelines
- Track delivery against set initiatives and success criteria
- Align teams on prioritization using demand data
- Coach teams from reactive intake to forecast-driven execution
- Improve predictability of roadmap and delivery outcomes
