Requirements

- 2+ years People Operations experience
- Experience in fast-paced international environments
- Process automation and AI integration skills
- Knowledge of German employment law
- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable personality
- Fluent German and English communication
- Ownership and hands-on work approach
- Coordination of IT topics or vendors
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related
Tasks
- Build structure and create great employee experiences
- Manage HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and reference letters
- Manage payroll input with the Finance team
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in Personio
- Coordinate performance review and feedback cycles via Leapsome
- Continuously improve and update HR policies
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports
- Ensure compliance with German labor law and regulations
- Oversee Berlin office operations and general administration
- Manage office supplies and external vendors
- Organize company events, workshops, and team gatherings
- Support workplace safety and external service providers
- Manage equipment logistics for a global team
- Coordinate user account setup and basic IT logistics
- Liaise with external vendors to resolve issues
- Ensure smooth and efficient HR operations
- Deliver accurate payroll, documentation, and reporting on time
- Support employees throughout their entire tenure
- Maintain an organized and welcoming Berlin office
