Requirements
- •Degree in HR, Law, Business Administration or comparable qualification
- •At least 5 years of People Operations experience
- •At least 2 years in strategic People-focused role
- •Practical experience with Personio
- •In-depth knowledge of German labor law
- •Hands-on experience handling complex employment law matters
- •Experience in international structures or multiple markets (advantageous)
- •Experience developing Compensation structures, Job Architecture or Salary Bands (plus)
- •Excellent English skills
- •Fluent German (minimum C1 level)

Bachelor's degree

5 - 7 years
Tasks
- •Scale People Operations structures and processes
- •Standardize operations across international markets
- •Optimize Personio as the core HR system
- •Ensure compliant and scalable employee lifecycle processes
- •Navigate local labor laws and market requirements
- •Advise leadership on complex cross-border scenarios
- •Harmonize People processes for European market expansion
- •Develop Compensation and Benefits frameworks
- •Design job architecture and salary bands
