- •Prepare offer letters, contracts, and reference letters
- •Manage payroll input with the Finance team
- •Maintain accurate and confidential records in Personio
- •Coordinate performance review and feedback cycles via Leapsome
- •Continuously improve and update HR policies
- •Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports
- •Ensure compliance with German labor law and regulations
- •Oversee Berlin office operations and general administration
- •Manage office supplies and external vendors
- •Organize company events, workshops, and team gatherings
- •Support workplace safety and external service providers
- •Manage equipment logistics for a global team
- •Coordinate user account setup and basic IT logistics
- •Liaise with external vendors to resolve issues
- •Ensure smooth and efficient HR operations
- •Deliver accurate payroll, documentation, and reporting on time
- •Support employees throughout their entire tenure
- •Maintain an organized and welcoming Berlin office
