- Oversee the European People team, including operations and business partnering
- Drive and execute the group's People Strategy
- Develop new strategies with the People team
- Monitor and implement the people strategy
- Support strategic growth with best practice processes
- Review and develop policies and programs
- Leverage data and technology to improve processes
- Drive productivity and retention
- Ensure legal compliance in all employment areas
- Manage works council and union relationships
- Collaborate with Development, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll teams
- Create a seamless colleague experience
- Sponsor and support implementation of ED&I goals
- Build relationships with global senior leadership
- Find international and local solutions
- Represent your function at board level
- Manage the annual budget for the European people team
- Direct change management and organizational development
- Provide dynamic leadership to the department
- Manage the department day-to-day
