- Min 5 years HR Generalist or People & Culture Business Partner experience
- Experience in fast-paced, consumer-focused, international/European environment
- Experience supporting corporate functions and working across countries
- Fluency in German
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of an additional European language (plus)

Tasks
- Partner with EMEA leaders to align people strategy with business goals
- Advise and coach leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
- Identify business and capability gaps and develop solutions with people leaders
- Foster and evolve relationships to build trust and influence
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with local HR Managers
- Coach leaders on employee relations, career development, and performance management
- Partner on talent reviews and leadership capability building
- Drive the performance management process (objective setting, reviews, calibration)
- Identify and develop high-potential talent and succession pipelines
- Support career development planning and internal mobility
- Address performance issues with structured improvement plans
- Ensure availability and communication of talent and leadership development tools
- Champion personal development initiatives
- Partner with Global Talent Management to shape programs and practices
- Coach managers on feedback, performance conversations, and team effectiveness
- Support recruitment and decision-making for corporate roles
- Collaborate with TA function to ensure effective employer branding
- Advise leaders on EMEA total rewards approach and strategy
- Support and drive annual compensation cycles (merit increase, equity, bonuses, promotions)
- Shape EMEA total rewards strategy and practices with Global Total Rewards
- Partner with specialists on job evaluations and grading structures
- Ensure competitive and equitable benefits offerings aligned with market trends
- Monitor and improve employee engagement through surveys and action planning
- Support inclusion, belonging, and well-being initiatives
- Support organizational change initiatives (restructures, growth, transformation)
- Drive adoption of new programs, tools, and cultural shifts
- Use people analytics to inform decisions and support leaders
- Identify trends and recommend proactive solutions
- Track effectiveness of P&C programs and initiatives
- Lead workforce planning and organizational design with senior business leaders
- Support strategy planning for organizational optimization
