People Coordinator - EMEA(m/w/x)
Administering employee benefits across EMEA for AI infrastructure provider. Hands-on Workday experience required. Family commitment accommodation, occasional remote flexibility.
Requirements
- 2–3 years HR, People, operations, or administrative experience
- Hands-on Workday experience with confident navigation and data accuracy
- Outstanding attention to detail in documents, contracts, and data
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, can-do attitude; spotting and doing what needs to be done
- Genuine interest in people, culture, and building employee experiences
- Native-level German and fluency in English; additional European languages a plus
- Experience supporting multi-country European benefits administration
- Exposure to fast-paced, high-growth tech or start-up environment
- Experience planning and executing company events or culture programs
- Willingness to apply even if not meeting all requirements
Tasks
- Administer employee benefits across EMEA
- Coordinate with providers for smooth operations
- Answer employee questions about benefits
- Leverage AI tools to automate tasks
- Improve documentation workflows
- Draft employment contracts and offer letters
- Maintain HR documents with accuracy
- Update employee data in Workday
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Support onboarding processes
- Organize offboarding processes
- Plan team events and office activations
- Execute company-wide culture initiatives
- Drive culture projects
- Build a strong community
- Partner with global People team
- Roll out regional programs
- Identify process improvements
- Build scalable People operations
