- Specialist work experience
- Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a P&C Business Partner
- Outstanding knowledge of German employment law and P&C processes
- Experience in day-to-day collaboration with works councils and trade unions
- Data analysis and insight provision for decision-making
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Resourcefulness, practicality, and solution focus
- Collaborative approach
- Highly capable communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in business insights

Tasks
- Develop and implement P&C strategies with leaders
- Provide guidance on workforce planning
- Provide guidance on talent development
- Provide guidance on succession planning
- Advise on employee relations
- Advise on performance management
- Advise on engagement initiatives
- Guide leaders through P&C core processes
- Support the annual CPD process
- Facilitate people review processes
- Support the Employee Engagement Survey
- Ensure compliance with German labor laws
- Ensure adherence to company policies
- Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Participate in compensation reviews
- Assist with policy development
- Support organizational change initiatives
- Promote cultural alignment
- Drive continuous improvement
