Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience administering ADP Payroll and Workday
- Deep knowledge in labour law, social security, income tax
- Strong knowledge of multiple Workday modules
- Experience supporting HR processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal
- Ability to create relations and cooperate with people
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure
- Ability to organize own work
- Computer skills - MS Office
Tasks
- Execute employee life cycle processes in HR systems
- Prepare and validate payroll data for accuracy
- Manage registrations and changes to employee benefits
- Resolve HR data issues for end users
- Ensure data quality and governance in HR systems
- Collaborate with Payroll provider on HR documentation
- Conduct regular audits for data integrity
- Implement data standards and best practices
- Generate ad-hoc reports for HR teams and leadership
- Coordinate data privacy compliance across HR functions
- Support data-driven decision making with timely reporting
- Manage user access controls and security protocols
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation teams
- Participate in regional and global HR projects
- Support system updates, testing, and new feature implementation
- Execute tasks in compliance with quality systems and legal regulations
