  • •Oversee projects to improve partner engagement work-streams
  • •Manage cross-functional projects with Marketing and Engineering
  • •Deliver high-impact initiatives using automation
  • •Shape strategy alongside the Strategy team
  • •Track and report on engagement data insights
  • •Enhance support quality through data-driven automation
